Referral Contests

We love your referrals. It is the highest compliment you can give us! For each qualified referral you send you will be entered into a contest to win a $50 Amazon gift card.

Qualified referrals are a new patient, or a patient who has not been in in 5 years, who comes in for their evaluation and returns for their report. Each new patient gets an individualized, custom report on their second visit that explains:

• What problems were found by our staff
• If we are able to help them with their problems/goals
• How long it will take to get results
• How much it will cost
• Home care activities that will speed up their progres

The report is the most important part of the initial exam process, since it explains to the patient what will be required to get the desired results. There is no obligation to proceed with care following the report, but it is a required part of the new patient exam.
